1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or placing an order on Elomaniacs (“we”, “us”, “Elomaniacs”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services we provide
Elomaniacs is a platform that facilitates (a) elo boosting services for Counter-Strike 2 and (b) the resale of Counter-Strike 2 accounts between buyers and sellers. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Counter-Strike.
3. Account safety & VAC
We employ industry-standard precautions (VPN routing, offline mode, manual play) to keep your account safe. While we maintain an excellent safety record, account sharing is a violation of Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and you assume the residual risk.
4. Refunds & guarantees
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order you agree to those terms. Disputes outside that policy are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
5. Account marketplace
All accounts listed are represented in good faith. Sellers warrant they are the rightful owner of any account they list. We hold buyer payments in escrow until the account is delivered and a 24-hour recovery window has passed.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not (a) use our services in connection with cheating software, (b) chargeback without first contacting support, or (c) resell or redistribute boosting credentials obtained through our platform.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elomaniacs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email.
