Boosting orders
- Before a booster is assigned: 100% refund, instant.
- Booster assigned but not started: 95% refund (5% processing fee).
- In progress: pro-rated refund based on rank progress, minus a 15% completion fee.
- Completed: not eligible for refund except in case of provable platform error.
Account purchases
- Account fails to deliver within 24h: full refund.
- Account is recovered by a previous owner within 30 days: full refund + 20% credit.
- Buyer's remorse on a delivered account: not eligible.
