FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know about boosting, accounts, safety, and refunds.

Is boosting against Steam ToS?+

Account sharing is technically against Valve's terms. We use offline mode by default, never log in from your usual IP, and only use VAC-safe gameplay. Risk is extremely low — but we always recommend duo boost if you want zero risk.

How fast will my boost start?+

Standard orders start as soon as a calibrated booster picks them up. The priority queue add-on bumps you to the front and starts the fastest. Premier and Faceit see the quickest pickup.

How do you store my credentials?+

Login and password are AES-256 encrypted at rest. Only the assigned booster sees them during the boost, and they're wiped from our servers within 24 hours of completion.

What if I get VAC-banned?+

We exclusively use manual, VAC-safe gameplay via verified boosters — no scripts, no third-party software, ever. In the unlikely event a VAC ban happens during the boost window, you get a full refund plus a replacement account.

Can I play my account during the boost?+

Yes — pause the boost from your dashboard anytime. Boosters check the pause state before queueing.

How does duo boost work?+

You queue with your booster every match. Slower than solo, but completely safe (no login required). Costs 50% more because it takes longer.

Are accounts you sell legit?+

Every listing is hand-verified by our team. We never sell phished, recovered, or stolen accounts. Full email transfer is included on every account.

What happens if the seller tries to recover the account?+

Our no-recovery guarantee covers you 100%. If a seller ever attempts recovery, we refund you in full and ban them from the marketplace.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Crypto is coming soon — email us if you need it now.

Do you offer refunds?+

Yes. Before the boost starts: full refund. After it starts: pro-rated refund based on progress. See our refund policy for full terms.
